A literary evening dedicated to the 190th anniversary of Shokan Ualikhanov’s birth was held at the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan.
During the evening, students familiarized themselves with the works and research of Sh. Ualikhanov and briefly presented their ideas.
Shokan also read poems by our poets to Ualikhanov.
At the conclusion of the event, the award was presented to Akylbek Uzakbayuly, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Social Work.
The event was organized jointly with the Parasat Information, Educational, and Language Centers.
